A review in German is here plus a video

Apparently it's quiet good, fast, accurate and goes for 10 hours!
Works with other non-Apple BT devices too and with all NMEA devices.

cons: no replaceable battery
touch sensors (it has no buttons but acts like the swipe touch on the iPhone) don't always work. One has to try 1-2 times to switch it ON/OFF.

I have confirmation from an iNavX customer, that the GNS 5870 MFI GPS BT Receiver does work with iNavX.

The Dual XGPS150 works great with iPad/iPhone/iPod touch AND Mac. Just remember to slide the mode switch to the left before you pair the unit with your Mac.

Will any bluetooth GPS work with I pad?

No. You must use a BT GPS approved by Apple for use with iPhone/iPad.

is their a list of all BT GPS I have been on the net searching for one. Perhaps we should make a list here on the forum. I would like one that is waterproof and uses common batteries. That would be "the best of all possible worlds". I'll keep on searching in the meantime.
