Since we can now capture Google harbor pictures as BSBs with ChartAid (Windows) and display them on MacENC (I have tried it and it works), it would be nice if we could adjust the transparency of the raster image so that the underlying ENC shows thru.

Great idea. Let me see what I can come up with for the next MacENC release. Shoot me an email if you want to be on the BETA list.
