Has anyone tried to to run Polar Navy in Lion yet? I would like to find out if the program works OK before upgrading to the new Lion OSX.

I have had a few user reports of PolarView working fine on OSX Lion.
The only issue found is that since OSX Lion reversed the direction of panning/scrolling (ironically, to match what PolarView was doing all along) - PolarView will now behave in the opposite way (i.e. you will be panning a frame, vs. the image).
This is not really a major problem, it will be fixed when the next update is out. You could also get old behavior by switching to standard panning direction in Lion preferences.

I use it on lion, and it works very well. I do all my planning on an iMac running Lion and then move the routes to my macbook pro for sailing.
