Will a properly wired and configured MiniPlex-BT be able to communicate directly with an iPad2 over Bluetooth running iNavX without an intermediary computer running MacENC?

No. iOS devices only support BT for keyboards, headsets and and a few BT GPS receivers. Any device that wants to work with iOS must be certified by Apple.

We recommend the Brookhouse iMux for a wireless connection to an iPad.
