Hi, I just buy a new enc (from SHOM) chart and trying to use it, I have a message "uncomplete import" when importing the permit.txt ! And of course no way to access to the cell. Any idea ?

The important thing is that your chart provider give you a permit.txt that corresponds to the UserPermit displayed in the MacENC Chart Manager. I would verify with SHOM that the permit.txt they provided is for your Mac and its displayed UserPermit.
