I'm using MacENC and the NOAA ENC and raster charts. I have access to a large-format printer, and would like to print out various raster charts in large format (say, 24 x 36 inches), but I can't find an option to simply select the desired RNC and print it.
Does this option exist and I'm not looking hard enough, or can I only print the RNC as shown on the screen?
The "Print" on the MacENC "File" menu will print what ever the screen shows.
If the Raster Chart is BSB 1.0 to 3.0 (i.e. not encrypted) you can use the "Save As..." on the "File" menu to create a TIFF file of the entire image. The TIFF file can then be opened in most any image viewer/editor and printed.
Thank you--that is exactly what I was looking for.
If you want truly printable versions of NOAA raster charts check this site out:

It seems this fellow has converted the full catalog to high resolution PNG files, which any graphics program will recognize. I spliced 5 individual charts together in Photoshop and printed them out on 42" wide HP DesignJet 5500 printer for a single 8' long chart of the Maine Coast, from Cape Elizabeth to Passamaquoddy Bay. It has proven perfect for land-based daydreaming and planning, and makes the wall it is pinned to so very much more attractive.

Hi
If you use Graphic Converter, which is usually in your applications folder or in utilities you can open the .KAP files that are in the BSB folder, not sure what format they are but they open and you can print the full charts, I've done this for the entire Lake Ontario series and keep them in a plastic tube on my boat.
