I am looking for a wifi gps that will work with the ipod touch inavx software, I tried a wifi gps but could not connect, software only for windows. Any suggestions out there I have been searching for a unit that will work, that is mac friendly?

Plan on using the ipod touch in a small boat, and using navgps to do my route planing.

I am looking for the same thing, but it is not possible (yet) to connect a GPS receiver to an iPod Touch. Look at the iPhone thread on this site. It is possible for the iPod touch to receive navigational data from a MacBook running MacENC, but that requires its own GPS receiver and that is probably more gear than you want on your small boat, not to mention the cost. Maybe some day.
Cheers,
