- senojev - May 21, 2009

I just installed iNavX on my iPhone and it looks like a great product. I've downloaded a set of NOAA Lake Michigan charts and need to know the best way to keep these updated. So have a couple of questions.

1) How can I determine the version/date of a downloaded chart?

2) Do I have to go and download each chart again on a regular basis to ensure my set is up to date or is there an easier way?

Thanks for any help you can give. Looking forward to trying iNavX on the water this weekend.

You can determine the version of the chart by pressing the "i"nfo button in the lower right hand corner of the chart view. If you want to update the chart simply press the trash can button and then next time you use it the chart will be downloaded again.

We are working with NOAA to offer an update notification and ideally this will come with the push notification system.
