- Caelestis - April 21, 2010 I've had the MacENC for about a year. I also have the Keyspan USB software installed, and wired to my Raymarine RL70C GPS. I cannot get the MacENC to connect. What are the steps/settings needed? Thanks. - GPSNavX - April 21, 2010 Covered in the MacENC help accessed on the "Help" menu or linked here.. http://www.gpsnavx.com/MacENC/help/connectinggps.htm 1) Install Keyspan driver as linked above 2) Plug in Keyspan adapter 3) Re-start MacENC 4) Select "Connect" on the "GPS" menu 5) Select Port KeySerial1, Rate most likely 4800, Type Other The UTC field in the GPS panel will update when the connection is made. It is important that you are connecting to NMEA-0183 data on the Raymarine. |
