- DHarvey - April 28, 2010 What is the best and least-expensive source/way to obtain NORTHERN Lake Superior, Lake Huron and Lake-Huron North Channel maps for my MacENC chart library? -- Dixon in Michigan - Jade - April 28, 2010 Hi Dixon, CHS charges an arm-and-a-leg for the ENC charts ($599.95 cad for Superior and Huron) so you may find using the BSB versions better value ($45 + $70 cad). MacENC can overlay the BSB charts on the small scale ENC's that are free from NOAA. Both versions are sold here: www.x-traverse.com I have not found any significant price differences between chart suppliers. See you in the North Channel this summer. - GPSNavX - April 28, 2010 The Official CHS charts from X-Traverse are the most up to date.. http://www.inavx.com/xtraverse.html#CHS |
