ENC cells from many sources are encrypted. I can now certify MacENC (Version 8.60) is compatible with the new S-63 Permit files in both v1.0 and v1.1.X format.
Note: If you change the Mac you are using the encrypted ENCs with you will need to get a new Permit file from your Chart provider using the new User Permit that is displayed in the MacENC Chart Manager.
