I'm a bit confused now. On the MacENC site it says that it's compatible with Memory-Map. When I try to buy this particular set of charts Link , there is warning message saying:

Memory-Map map packages use a proprietary map format, these maps CAN NOT be used with other mapping products like OziExplorer, Fugawi etc. The maps are licensed to be used with the Memory-Map software only.

So what's the go here? Can I or can't I use them with MacENC??

I really appreciate your help with this one.

Cheers

Stefan

MacENC and GPSNavX work with the Maptech BSB raster charts that Memory-Map sells (hence the link to the Memory-Map Maptech page from our site)

Thanks for the clarification!

I wonder whether there are any vector based charts for Australia that work with MacENC. If anybody can point me in the right direction, please let me know.

Cheers

Please check these sources for ENCs for Australia..

Both 'Official' and 'Navionics' S-57 ENCs work with MacENC
