Just bought two maps from ChartWorld. Following the ChartWorld.pdf: [http://www.gpsnavx.com/pdf/ChartWorld.pdf ], I'm kind of lost looking for the file: PERMIT.TXT.
The expanded ZIP folders do not seem to contain such a file.
Does anybody have suggestions?

You should be able to retrieve your Permits from the ChartWorld website after you login. If not then contact ChartWorld directly.
