Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer waypoints created on GPS NavX to my Garmin 76CSx using Bobcat?

Not sure about the beta Bobcat, but you can export them to a GPX file with GPSNavX and use the free LoadMyTracks application to transfer them to your Garmin GPS over it's respective USB cable.
