That is what they say at "HanseNautic", to my knowledge the most important house for seacharts in Germany. They are even warning not to use those charts. See:

NV. Verlag German raster charts are available from x-traverse. These work with GPSNavX and MacENC (and iNavX) ..

Yes, many of the charts from x-traverse can be used in both iNavX and MacENC:

The x-traverse table you reference accurately reflects which charts can be used with iNavX and/or MacENC and/or GPSNavX. I expect the chart offerings for all platforms to expand going forward.
