It would be great to have the option of zooming out further than the chart page borders in all modes, to be able to use the waypoint and bearing functions without having to fight against the borders snapping back to get to points near the edge of the chart. For example, I can't easily check the distance from one end of a landscape oriented chart to another in the iPad's portrait mode, or see an entire chart at once for a broad overview or for route planning.

Also am ability to chain together distance/range measurements would be very handy to get a quick idea of how long a notional route would be without having to set up a bunch of waypoints to be tallied and deleted.

The next iNavX release will support zooming out such that the entire raster chart is visible.
