Title: Norfolk Island
#1
Whilst planning a trip across the Pacific (Panama to Sydney) I could not navigate on the chart to Norfolk Island (29 S, 167.9 E). Also if I tried to plot a route from Tahiti to Lord Howe the plot went the wrong way around the earth! Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

We are start next saturday from Panama to New Zealand :-)

I saw this error on Navioncs charts, but if You look for route properties - it's correct distance, I hope when we come to this point, MacENC or iNavx just move pointer :-)

About Norflock - not sure, I don't have this problem

Hopefully if you have detailed charts for the area then that has resolved the Norfolk Island problem. I am in the planning stage for next year and am just using the outline map until it gets closer. If you have a blog I would be interested to follow your progress.

We use just MacENC and iNavx for navigation - generally perfect Smile
