If there is a file ".zip.prm", then add .zip to its name as suffix(do not delete .prm). Then you will have a .zip file. Double click on it and will see ; Permit.txt, Units.txt and a unix exec file.

I guess something went wrong then, as the file name does not include the boat name I registered in the account details. I downloaded two files:

TR1002_DATA_7_8_2.ZIP.S63
7CWORLD_DATA_1_0_1.ZIP.S63

Perhaps I need to ask Chartworld for some assistance.
