Here's a picture of gomite products as shown at the CeBit Computer fair in Germany 2008.

The gomite locogps looks very promising! Also the locogps Wifi a portable GPS which sends its data via WiFi instead of Bluetooth.
Geomite is awaiting approval from Apple for their GPS devices.
Both GPS should be available by summer 2008. Unfortunately their site doesn't show any info about the GPS anymore.
I think they will redesign the GPS to work with Bluetooth as version 2.0 of the iPhone will have much more features of Bluetooth connectivity.
