Yes, the GPS is just transmitting the NEMA sentences (at 4800 BAUD). Keyspan provides the driver for OS X and MacENC does the rest.

Based on the NEMA sentences in the manual, it should work alright with MacENC.

The only problem that I can see that you might have is the compatibility of the connectors between the Keyspan and the GPSMap210 cable (male-female-null modem).
