I've used a Dell 15" LCD monitor that had a AC to DC black brick, same as the ones you see laptops use. Just cut the AC and brick side and plugged into 12VDC, works great. The problem is finding a LCD monitor with this set up as most new LCD monitors have put the brick inside the back of the monitor. The model number for my LCD is Dell 1503LP, but I'm sure it's an old model. Try e-Bay or used computer stores. As for the arm, I use a Ram Mount and you can view them at www.ebatterytechmounts.com or try googling Ram Mount and maybe there is a local dealer.
