Whoops! It looks like the Actisense NGW does not yet support AIS. It is marked 'To Be Announced' in the list of conversions supported. So my Standard Horizon VHF will not see the AIS data that way, at least for now. The Garmin AIS 600 can also send via NMEA 0183, so I may have to wire a private connection from the AIS 600 to the GX2000. I need to check the AIS 600 can send AIS data on both NMEA 2000 & 0183 concurrently.
