Title: Raymarine and Macs
#8
The problem is not with the Raymarine instruments but rather with their SeaTalk to NMEA converter box. The doucmentation is not well written and it does not faithly converted Seatalk to NMEA nor NMEA to Seatalk.

I would strong recommend not using it. Use a MiniPlex 41-BT or the NMEA output / input on another Raymarine devices - chart plotter, ST60 repeater etc.
