While iNavX does not offer a dedicated MOB button, the same functionality can be achieved by following these steps:
iPhone
1) From the Chart view, single tap the position icon.
2) From the menu select "Waypoint".
3) Tap the newly created waypoint on the Chart view. The waypoint may still be under the position icon.
4) Tap the Waypoint name on the Chart view (looks like a button).
5) Select "Goto" from the menu to begin navigation.
iPad
1) From the Chart view, single tap the position icon.
2) From the menu select "Goto" to begin navigation.
Note: Navigation to the waypoint can be cancelled by selecting "Cancel Goto" on the "Waypoints" tab or tapping the active waypoint on the chart twice and selecting "Cancel Goto".
