I'l be setting up a new A/V, back up nav computer based around a new Mac Mini. Wondering what is the maximum RAM MacENC can use?

I currently use an older macbook pro set up for photoshop with 8GB Ram and Mac ENC seems to run well. This new unit won't do any heavy lifting so don't plan to install any more RAM than what MacENC can use.

MacENC is 32 bit. So that would potentially be up to 4GB. That being said, Mac OS X will take full advantage of all the RAM your Mac has. I would recommend 4GB to 8GB.
