Can someone tell me where I can get GRIB files and if there is a free reader for Macs (specifically running 10.4 with a PPC macbook pro)? Thanks

I don't know of any free viewers. Both GPSNavX and MacENC can request and display GRIB files.

I did a search and the only Mac grib viewers I could find cost almost as much as GPSNavX. I'd download the GPSNavX trial and try it. If you like it then buy it - it's worth the small cost.
