After reading John Knights review (http://jonknight.com/?p=78) of Navionics Marine app I learned that Navionics application can show currents and tides by tapping the diamond C respectively the diamond T on the charts.
See pictures in Johns review.
I know and use AyeTides with iNavX but I'm missing the currents. As the Navionics charts in Navionics Marine and iNavX are the same, why aren't they C and T not displayed in iNavX?
I suppose thet data is in the charts, so iNavX or evene MacENC 7 should make use of these features!
In Netherlands waters I find the current infos very usefull!
BTW if I tap 2x times on the map in iNavX I do get a text message on top saying "Gegenkraft" in German I suppose it means current, but no force or direction.
Regards,
Manou
