I just created an account and purchased a Navionics map at X-traverse to download a map for tomorrow.

I can't login to the account and at various points I get this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /files on this server.

Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Phusion_Passenger/2.1.0 Server at www.x-traverse.com Port 443

Anyone else having problems tonight?

I am using Safari 4.0.2 and not experiencing any problem. Also no problem activating and downloading charts into iNavX from x-traverse.

I've tried it with both Safari 4 and Mozilla, and I still get the 403 response with the link they send to reset the password. The 403 reads like it is an issue with the server php code not the browser. Either way - no charts for me since I can't even log in at this point.

I've mailed x-traverse support.

I thought I'd follow-up. X-traverse responded to me today, and everything is fine now. Evidently, the account validation did not go through originally.
