I'm a newbie to electronic navigation, and after working with both GPSNavX and MacENC last summer I thought I'd try to do a small site showing something about how they both work, and some of the differences between them
With the release of MacENC V2, which overlays both raster and vector charts, a certain amount of what is in this review is already out-of-date but perhaps what's here will be of interest to others. The pace of progress and new developments is impressive, which, together with the features of the two programs, seems to me makes this software the best on the market.
