I would like to retrieve all of my CMap NT waypoints and import to a Garmin 545S. First problem is the Proprietary reader for the original cmap. Do I need to purchase PC planner inorder to export the waypoints from my 10 year old Raytheon 631 chartplotter. Is the Cmap/Jeppson reader truly their own format card. 2nd problem- I have heard that it is difficult to import files to any Garmin product.

I believe on the Garmin side if you can get them in GPX format you can use RoadTrip to transfer them over ..
