Has anyone been using the above software? I have been trying to convert some scanned files to BSB. What happens is that after marking the lat/lon coordinates, the generated BSB is only about the upper left quarter of the original file. The rest is missing.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you contacted the developer? Seems they could help you out.

I have used Rasterchar2BSB with some success with MacOS X 10.4 (It did not work with earlier versions.)
Make sure that you restrict the number of colours on your scan to 127 or less. I used GraphicConverter to do this. Also check your latitutde and longitude entries and set 4 corners before saving the BSB.
Hope this helps.
