I am new to this forum. Just trying to email from my INAVX to GPSmap 78sc. When I try I get a message that I need to set up a mail account. I am registered until 2016, and it has my email address. How do you set up a mail account?

Your GPSMap 78 has no ability to receive email.

If you have a PC or a Mac you can have iNavX send an email with waypoints or selected route from the import/export view.

First you need to have at least one email account setup on your iDevice..

Once you receive the email on your Mac or PC you can use one of Garmins apps to transfer to your Garmin GPS.

Note: You do not need an X-Traverse account to email from iNavX.

Thank you. I set up the account and emailed the files. Now to buy Homeport and bring the files into the handheld, GPSmap 78sc
