Title: Rarmarine with Inavx without Multiplexer
#1
We have a yacht for a customer that have installed Raymarine E-serie equipment. Since last week we have manged ourselves to build in a mac mini working on Windows 7. On this computer we have installed Raymarine RNS 6.2. The computer is attached to the network by a LAN cable. Everything is working nice.

For our INAVX program on the IPAD we need the data from the Raymarine equipment. We want to use INAVX instead of Navionics because we want to see our speed, wind, AIS etc. INAVX can work with a WiFi. Now we have set up a ad-hoc network from the Macmini.

We can attach the IPAD to it. Now we only need to give the right information to INAVX. The information we need is the IP number and which port. The IP number is from the ad-hoc network so that is easy, but the port number is more a problem.

Which portnumber Raymarine is using for it's data when we have attached the data on the Macmini by a network cable.
For clarification: we have a Macmini working on windows 7 (bootcamp) with raymarine RNS 6.2 installed. The computer is connected with a networking cable to the onboard network (E 120 and digital radar). All information is displayed on the computer. Now we have set up a ad-hoc network from the computer to attach the IPAD by WiFi to the network. We only need to know on which port number Raymarine is sending it's data. For example internet is port 80 and bit torrent 8800.
Why is there a step by step manual for a lot of programs except for the Raymarine signal over the wifi without the multiplexer?
