I don't believe Raymarine sends NMEA-0183 data via TCP/IP over their network. I believe Raymarine uses their own proprietary SeaTalkHS data. Your best bet would be to connect to the NMEA-0183 connection on the E-Series and use the free PolarCom (for MS Windows) to send the NMEA-0183 data out over TCP/IP.

You could use a cable like this ..
