Title: Garmin 400t and PolarCom
#1
Has anyone been successful connecting your Oregon 400T or similar to PolarCom so that waypoints may be transferred from PolarNav to Garmin? I'm at a loss so far.

Conveniently, our forum neighbors have an answer to this question:

I would add that once you have your Garmin Oregon connected over NMEA, you could either use the suggested GPX export and copy method or upload waypoints by using "Upload" option in PolarView Route Manager->Waypoints tab.

... Now only if all Garmin's (including the very latest marine XXXX series) would support this direct GPX transfer life would be so much easier. Unfortunately most don't and such units must use the Windows Garmin Homeport application to transfer waypoints/routes.
