Title: Downloading GRIB files
#1
:p I am happy to report that
I now have GPSNavX, Version 6.0
running on my Macbook.
It took me about 20 hours and
much help from GPSNavX and Apple.

The help button in the application is good,
but the instructions for downloading GRIB
files are completely incomprehensible to
this beginner.

I opened a web page that looks official. GRIB.us
or something like that, and I registered. They ask me to select an area on their chart. Since GPSNavX says that the area desired is the chart that is open in GPSNavX, I am not sure that
this is right. I tried to download something and
found that GPSNavX opened up, but nothing could be downloaded. I tell you all this to make it easier to help. Many thanks for continued assistance, Christian
