Agree completely. They're blazing fast and for the boat they are the only way to go. No moving parts so you don't have to worry about the damage to a hard drive. I've had one in my laptop for two years now and would never go back to a standard hard drive.

I replaced the HD with a SSD on a new Mac Mini and it seems to draw only 35 watts.
