HI I noticed that the AIS server from Sea Links is not working. That also means that are link in MAC ENC is off line. Do you know if they went out of business or are just upgrading there web page?

Yes I have seen the same thing. Since Sealinks.net is down I am not sure of the AIS NMEA servers status.

The Sealink AIS server is still inactive and now, weeks later, I find I'm really missing the ability to monitor the comings and goings of my local Maine coast traffic from within MacENC. Has anyone discovered an alternative server offering this data, and, if so, can you point me toward an active address?

I do not know of any TCP/IP AIS NMEA server, but this available
http://www.shinemicro.com/Live.asp
And once you create a free account there, you can access their Google Maps version
