The new Product Server (beta) for NOAA ENCs unfortunately provides ZIP files that do not properly expand on Mac OS X. So continue to use this site ("Proceed to NOAA ENC Downloads")

NOAA has now corrected the problem. Any of the files dated 02/19/2008 or later will properly download and expand on Mac OS X..
