There are a few out there.
I bought this one for 160USD and it works well enough for my situation even in daylight though direct sun will cause glare.

If you search the net, you'll find a number of other USB powered monitors out there. Little more expensive than a standard USB, but the simplicity of running a single cord is worth it.

Another advantage is not having to either split your VGA signal or add a graphics card to your pc.
