Does iNavx support the DSC and DSE NMEA strings issued by a DSC radio to plot the position of either a position check or an incoming distress signal?

No. The closest would be to use a Brookhouse iMux which will convert DSC NMEA into a $GPWPL which iNavX will use to create a waypoint.
