Just loaded 3 NV chart sets
Virgins/Leewards/Wndwards

The + and - buttons are missing.
I can go in, larger scale by clicking on chart and selecting larger scale chart.
But I see no way to zoom out o smaller scale chars without going to CHARTS and picking a small scale chart.
I don't have this issue on other han NV charts.

I'm not able to get the MacENC to recognize the antenna. I've followed all the directions. The computer (MacBookPro) recognizes the antenna. I see the green button and position, etc. on the computer but when I open MacENC it says unable to open port USBSERIAL. Again, the computer recognizes the antenna but MacENC doesn't.

Why do some (only some) of the waypoints in a route contain the Lat/Lon in the list of the waypoints in a route. I entered less than sixteen characters and the list of waypoints in the waypoint window shows that. My concern is Raymarine doesn't allow more than sixteen characters in their MFDs and will reject the .gpx transfer if there are more than sixteen characters.

Is there a way I can make this work running Sierra? I just found out that their website says it works for Mac OS up to 10.11.

If it won't work with Sierra, is there a new alternative?

We have developed a deep penetrating electromagnetic FORWARD & LEEWAY speed log. The NMEA 0183 (VMVBW) is not currently supported by iNavX, so we are looking to utilize the TXT feature that is supported. Documentation on this is tough to come by. I would like to display FWD, LEE, and boat ANGLE as a TXT message in 3 separate "instrument" labels. Or, rotate the 3 in one instrument label. Updates of the field(s) would be about 1x per second. So far, I can show one message one time.

Any help would be appreciated! Great app BTW!

To get data from your boat's instruments into your app, you need a device to take NMEA data and send it out over Wi-Fi.

INavX Question

Ok this is probably a dumb question, but I'm wondering why when I look at our position while sailing, the icon isn't hardly ever facing in the direction we are going ... the position is right but the direction of is wrong. Am I missing something?

I have loaded iNavX on my iPhone and can't figure it out! Specifically I can't get it to display my position.

I tried EVERYTHING... Searched the web, swung a chicken — you name it.

What have I missed?
